The Torre Comare is one of the four corner towers with an almost circular ground plan that defended the walls of the castle-palace. Its three floors communicate with as many adjoining rooms. Inside, the tower has an exhibition explaining the monument, accompanied by a select selection of pieces and the remains of an original floor from the 16th century. A visit to the Archaeological Museum is a good complement to understand the relevance of this building in the framework of Valencian architecture of the 15th and 16th centuries.
