Losillasaurus

Losillasaurus (‘Losillasaurus lizard’) is a genus represented by a single species of sauropod dinosaur turiasaurus. It is the largest dinosaur found in the Valencian territory. Its name is dedicated to Losilla (district of the municipality) where it was found, to which is added ‘giganteus’, which refers to its large size.
We can find a corporeal replica of the magnificent specimen in the vicinity of the Ethnobotanical Garden, together with representations of its bones.
