The Espai Cultural Coves del Batà is a group of eight caves with an approximate surface area of 450 m² and were fitted out as a museum in August 1998.
Currently, the first two rooms house a permanent exhibition dedicated to Pedro Almodóvar’s film Dolor y Gloria, as some scenes of the film were shot in the town.
A central part where an attempt has been made to recreate the interior of a cave dwelling from the 50s and 60s, in addition to an interesting ethnological collection.
Finally, a section called Entra a Paterna, where visitors can take a tour of the most notable aspects of the town’s contemporary history.
