Castle

The Medieval castle of Torres Torres has its origins in the Muslim period.
Its function was to defend the area from Christian incursions.
The building is related to a Muslim hamlet of which the baths and the tank would have formed part.
Its elevated position allowed for better defence of the square.
There are two clearly distinguishable construction phases.
