Washing places

The upper washhouse can be reached by taking a walk from the Font Jordana, following the path of the irrigation ditch. There a huge roof gives shade and rest to those who want to stop to listen to the sound of water. The ‘Llavador d’Enmig’ is one of those modest corners in size, but with a special harmony that can only be generated through natural ingredients, such as water, stone and light. The worn stone reminds us of the feminine hands that used to spend half the morning there.
