Washhouse

Other places of interest ( Vilamarxant )

The Lavadero was built in 1903 and has a rectangular floor plan with a hipped roof. Inside, there are two longitudinal basins that run lengthways and spill into the Molí irrigation canal, a name given to it because of its proximity to the famous Molí del Garrut mill. The interior ceiling is made of wood with beams joined in the centre.
Currently, its traditional use has been preserved and its structural condition is good despite the fact that access is limited by a staircase.
