SILK MUSEUM. SILK ART COLLEGE

The Silk Museum takes a historical journey through the importance of silk art in Valencia, showing its reflection in popular clothing and fashion, as well as the true dimension of this art, which placed the city in the mythical Silk Route and made it experience its years of splendour in the 18th century. Located in the old quarter, in the Velluters district, the 15th century Gothic building conatins an important wealth of heritage inside in the form of exquisite fabrics and pavements.
