Santa Catalina Church

The Church of Santa Catalina Mártir is located in the old quarter, in the highest part of the town and very close to the remains of the Arab wall.
Construction began on 13 June 1887, although it was blessed on 24 November 1900. It is worth mentioning that the church is 35 metres high, has 6 chapels and was built over an Arab mosque that has been transformed over time after the Reconquest.
Its neoclassical style can be appreciated.
