Puig-Carasols defensive line

Other places of interest ( Bétera )

The Puig-Carasols defensive line, or Inmediata, runs through Bétera between the La Pelosa and Mas de Camarena areas. Built by the Popular Army in 1938, it was part of the last line of defensive fortification of the city of Valencia, which was never used. It is a network of trenches, bunkers and underground galleries, located at strategic control points on roads and paths. One of the best preserved is the defensive complex of the Corral del Quirro.
