Plaça Major, Town Hall, Casa Ribelles

Monuments ( Benigànim )

The square, the nerve centre of Renaissance Benigànim, was built in the 17th century and is decorated with a stone fountain from the 19th century. Here you can find the Ribelles house, now in the possession of the Town Council. It is decorated in the late 19th century modernist style and houses displays of furniture and recovered and restored areas where you can see the richness of its heritage. It contains an ethnological museum and an exhibition room. From the square you can also access Moncada street, one of the main streets of bourgeois Benigànim.
