LA TORRETA

It formed part of the walled enclosure of the town. There is documentation that proves that, in the mid-17th century, the enclosure had complete walls and that there were three gates in them. Today, only a section of the wall remains. It is a rectangular tower with a façade of about 12 m long and half as deep. It is also 12 m high. Its walls are protected by Valencian tiles from the 19th century, with the year 1878 on one of the pieces.
