La Casa de las Luces (The House of Lights)

The Casa de las Luces is a museum centre associated with the MuVim in Valencia. This large house dating from 1755 has been refurbished and converted into an exhibition centre to house both permanent and temporary exhibitions. It is part of the Enlightenment period and is directly related to the figure of Simón de Rojas Clemente y Rubio, an illustrious botanist from Titaguas who was born in 1777.
