La Almazara del Conde

The old Almazara del Conde is a vestige of the relevance of the stately heritage in the municipality of Sot de Chera, as it is the oldest surviving olive oil industry. It went from being a family oil mill to becoming the main office of the Cooperativa Aceitera y Caja Rural de Sot de Chera in 1947. This industry operated continuously until its closure in 1989.
