The Human Bell Ringing is a unique and exclusive tradition of Castielfabib.
A tradition that dates back to the Middle Ages, the human ringing of bells is the most unique and attractive ringing of bells in the whole of Spain. The local young men climb the bell tower and ring the bells, holding on to the wooden yoke barehanded, turning and being one with the bell.
This celebration takes place on Easter Sunday and for the festivity of the Virgen de Tejeda on the 8th of September.
