Hermitage of Santa Quiteria (20th century)

Monuments ( Calles )

In a sharp bend to the right of the C-234 road, we find the church built in facing brick in a modern and striking style with the hermits’ house attached to the back. It has a square floor plan, with large windows, decorated with polychrome stained glass windows depicting the images of San Roque and the Immaculate Conception. The name of the hermitage can also be read in the stained-glass windows. The first stone of this hermitage was laid on 16th August 1980 and was paid for thanks to the local people.
