The Ethnological Museum of Alpuente is located in an old bread oven from the 14th century. It was renovated in 2017 and has a new, modern and attractive discourse. The exhibition shows the objects and festivities related to the collective and communal organisation of the society ofAlpuente, dealing in detail with the cereal cycle and the use of the Moorish ovens.
