CASA-PALAU DE PERE DE BORJA I CENTELLES (TOWN HALL)

Monuments ( Potries )

The Town Hall of Potries is a magnificent example of 17th-century stately architecture in rural areas. The house that remains was built between the last years of the 16th century and the first decade of the 17th century. We know that in 1611 they tried to revoke the establishments made on the house in favour of Pere de Borja i Centelles, second son of the V Duc de Gandia Carles de Borja and the V Comtessa d’Oliva Magdalena Centelles.
It conserves the original structure as well as some singular elements.
