At Casa Los Frailes we believe that wines should express a soil, a climate, a history and an imprint. We are aware that we have privileged conditions and therefore we feel responsible in the search for the authenticity of our terroir, but as a living being, without it belonging to us. It is our values, listening to the past and to mother nature, which allow us to produce pure, sincere wines that are a true reflection of our land
