The origin of the Capuchins in L’Ollería dates back to 23 May 1601. The foundation is the work of San Juan de Ribera, archbishop of Valencia, who with the Pope’s permission founded the convent of the Franciscan Friars Minor. Inside the convent you can enjoy different museum collections of great value, with pieces of glass, ceramics, farming tools, instruments… all of them dating back centuries.
