The Grape Harvest Festival

The harvest period varies between July and October depending on the desired degree of ripeness of the grapes, the moment when the percentage ratio between sugars and acids in the grape berry has reached the optimum value for the type of wine to be produced.
This harvest is linked to festivities that arose as a symbol of joy at the end of the harvest, and although tourism is globalising them, these celebrations date back to ancient times.
