MOLÍ CANYAR AND XEMENEIA INDUSTRIAL

The building complex is dominated by the three-storey mill house, with two two-storey wings on both sides. Part of the old machinery is exhibited in the garden, in front of the house. At the back of the house is a large, octagonal-shaped, industrial, stonework chimney.
With the arrival of the railway from Alcoi to Grau de Gandia, it was transformed from a flour mill into a rice mill and then into an ice factory.
Today it is one of the most beautiful restaurants and events hall in the region.
