CASA PALAU

Monuments ( Albalat dels Tarongers )

The origin of the palace must be a Hispano-Roman villa, its construction dating back to the 14th or 15th centuries. It is a powerful construction that was the seat of the lordship, linked to the barony of Segart. It conserves the distinctive features of noble construction and part of the defensive elements, such as the crenellated towers. It has a semi-basement with a large number of pointed and semicircular arches, made of blue limestone and three floors with all the rooms of a noble house.
It is listed as a BIC.
