Next to the inlet that gives it its name, this is a beach protected by two breakwaters, with a combination of sand, small stones and boulders. Its surroundings are demarcated by an area of plant-covered dunes, with crop fields stretching off into the distance. It is two kilometres from the town of El Puig and 15km from Valencia.
