This coastal village, in the central part of the La Safor region, has fewer than a hundred permanent residents. Its coast, however, is attractive to visitors, which is why the Council has plans to divide it into plots for building, with maximum respect for the quality of the environment (dunes and wetland). Its parish church is dedicated to the Mare de Deu de la Llet and Saint John the Baptist. It has a restaurant of note, housed in an old building in the centre, which serves as a reminder of this traditional village’s past. Because it stands higher than the coastline, you can see the sea from its houses.
