Natural Park Hoces del Cabriel

It is the largest protected natural area in the Valencian Community. It was declared a natural park by the Valencian government on 17 June 2005 and covers a total of 31,446 hectares that act as a natural border with the province of Cuenca, in whose territory part of this area is also located. One of the most emblematic areas of the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park is Los Cuchillos, a geological formation in the form of a ridge resulting from the erosion of the less hard strata.
