Las Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park
Located between the region of Requena-Utiel and the Province of Cuenca, the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park is an important space, both for the richness of its flora and fauna, and for the beauty of its landscape.
We can find forests of poplars, willows and tamarisk, white pine, holm oak and Valencian oak and see birds of prey, such as Bonelli’s eagle, the golden eagle and the owl.
The Cabriel river, which crosses the park eroding the land and forming ravines, peaks and knives, is a visual spectacle in itself and full of companies dedicated to active tourism, where the towns of Venta del Moro and Villargordo del Cabriel stand out.
