Valencian Museum of Honey”MUVAMEL”

The Museu Valencià de la Mel (MUVAMEL) is located in the Valencian municipality of Montroi (Ribera Alta), just 20 minutes from the capital of Valencia by motorway and very close to the City of Arts and Science touristic complex. In this 360 square metre space, located right in the centre of the city, next to a secluded square from which you can see the Tower-Castle of Montroi, visitors can access an interactive space consisting of a permanent Exhibition Hall, with a specially created set design to learn about the history and evolution of beekeeping in our society, an Audiovisual Room, an Interactive Games Area, a Wokshops Room and a Shop specialising in beekeeping products and products derived from the work of bees.
