FONT DE LA GERRERIA

A magnificent example of industrial archaeology, this is the oldest kiln in the village. It is a testimony to the enormous historical importance of pottery, and recently an intervention has been carried out to improve the conservation of this 18th century building and its surroundings.
It is located on Carrer de la Gerreria, as this street used to be where the factories were located and where the gerres (clay vessels) were built, hence the name Carrer de la Gerreria.
