Church of Sant Miquel
Monuments
Initially it was a chapel until the archbishop Joan de Ribera, in 1574, separated it from the Collegiate Church of Gandia. During the 18th century, a new Baroque style temple was built, which was destroyed with dynamite during the Spanish Civil War. Between 1939 and 1952 the new church of Sant Miquel was built with one of the most singular bell towers in the region due to its type and location.
