Archaeological site El Torrejón

This is a site from the Iberian period that was occupied between the 6th and 1st centuries BC. Here we can see the remains of a funerary space, the remains of dwellings and a singular building that we think was used as a place of storage or provisioning
The settlement is located 4.5 km from Gátova, on a mound that dominates the surrounding area, i.e. the border area between the Edeta and Alto Palancia areas.
The town hall offers free guided tours.
