The historic irrigated land of Cortes is an icon of the Valencian landscape heritage. It is an example of the terraced market gardens, adapted to the slope of the northern slope of the Muela de Cortes, next to the village. The visitor has the possibility of getting to know it through the Interpretation Centre “Territorio Museo de Cortes: Huerta Morisca”, located in the old washing place.
