ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM

This building, formerly known as Casa Panera, was built in 1789 and was used to store wheat. Today, the building houses the Public Library on the ground floor and the Archaeological Museum on the upper floor.
The archaeological materials that make up the museum collection cover a wide chronology that goes from the Palaeolithic period, through the Eneolithic, Bronze, Iberian and Roman periods, to the Medieval period, both Islamic and Christian.
