Nature park Chera – Sot de Chera

The Chera – Sot de Chera Natural Park is unique for its geological relevance. In the area there are large geological fractures, which have displaced the earth’s crust up to 600 metres, showing a great variety of geological strata.
This great tectonic trench is surrounded by peaks of some 1100 metres, such as the Pico Ropé, or the famous Morrón, a rocky outcrop of more than 200 metres high that characterises the landscape of the town of Sot de Chera.
