Pico de los Ajos Iberian Settlement

It is one of the most outstanding Iberian sites in the province, known since the discovery of an important collection of Iberian written plombs in 1979 (Fletcher, 1980). Before excavations began, there were studies of its eastern defensive system (Díes and Gimeno, 1995), as well as approximations to its extension, chronology and functionality (Quixal, 2010 and 2013). It was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 2016.
