The flour mill

The mill is currently being restored. The old flour mill is located in one of the most special streets of the small town of Pedralba, Calle de la Acequia. Its rehabilitation originated in the need to conserve and give life to the building, at the same time as creating a new space for the Library, Adult School and Municipal Archives.
Listed as an Asset of Local Relevance, it once made the town famous for ‘Pedralba’s white bread
