La Casa de Cultura-Town Hall

The building is in Clot de l’Era street, in reference to the hole from which clay soil used to be extracted to build houses from the beginning of the town until the 19th century; it is located next to the threshing floor, where wheat and other cereals were ground.
Its construction was one of the star projects of the first democratic consistory, and it was possible thanks to the donation of the amount obtained in the popular Valencianist Aplecs held at the beginning of the democracy.
