La plupart de ses vins (environ 80 % de la production) sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s avec le c\u00e9page \u00ab\u00a0Bobal\u00a0\u00bb, qui offre des vins rouges aux ar\u00f4mes complexes et cors\u00e9s. L&#8217;appellation d&#8217;origine Val\u00e8ncia concentre sa production dans la zone de la Hoya de Bu\u00f1ol-Chiva, o\u00f9 certains muscats et mistelles sont \u00e9galement produits \u00e0 Cheste, Chiva ou Tur\u00eds. La Vall d&#8217;Albaida regorge de tr\u00e8s bons crus issus des caves de Fontanars dels Alforins, de m\u00eame que d&#8217;autres caves situ\u00e9es dans les communes voisines, La Font de la Figuera, Moixent et Ontinyent, qui ont su marquer un tournant spectaculaire dans la production viticole.
