El Carmen is the old part of the city, and one of the largest in Europe<\/span>. <\/span>Bounded by the Muslim and Christian walls, of which only a few traces remain, the majestic Torres de Quart and Serranos (old city gates) mark its extent.<\/span><\/p>\n
