A number of bus and coach lines join the main towns of Val\u00e8ncia to national and international destinations.
As well as Val\u00e8ncia, many tourist destinations, such as Sagunt, Gand\u00eda and Cullera have direct coaches to Madrid, Barcelona and Zaragoza.

By train<\/h2>\n

Val\u00e8ncia is connected to the main Spanish cities by an extensive rail network. A number of trains a day link Val\u00e8ncia with Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante and Seville.
The High-Speed train has cut the journey time to Madrid to 1 hour 30 minutes, and to Seville to under 4 hours.

There are ferries connecting the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca) with Val\u00e8ncia.
