Gastronomy:<\/h4>\r\nLocal delicacies include pork and lamb, artisan sausages and cured ham. Typical local dishes include stew, \u201carroz empedrado\u201d and \u201cgachas\u201d. Local sweets include apple pie, quince and almond cake.\r\n

Places of interest:<\/h4>\r\nThe most prominent monument is \u201cCasa de los Picos\u201d or \u201cTorreon\u201d, which is located in the village square.\r\n\r\nNext to the square is the Parish Church of Saint Mary of Jerusalem (19th century).\r\n\r\nThe mill of Saint Joseph (19th century), and the Chapel of Saint Joseph, complete Torrebaja\u2019s monumental heritage.\r\n\r\nIn the village centre, it is possible to visit \u201cLa Casa de la Abuela\u201d (House-Museum) and the Hermitage of Saint Roche (patron saint of the town).\r\n\r\nRinc\u00f3n de Ademuz sculpture park (seven open-air sculptures).\r\n\r\nIt sites of natural beauty include the Rive Ebr\u00f3n Dam, \u201cLa Lloma\u201d trail, the short \u201cBotanical\u201d trail and the Rinc\u00f3n de Ademuz Geological Interpretation Point.\r\n

Festivities:<\/h4>\r\nThe main festivities are celebrated during the last week of August in honour of Saint Marina and Saint Roche, with open-air dances, sports activities and an open-air dinner in the Village Square on the last night. Festivities are held in honour of Saint Anthony the Abbot on 17th January. Events include the burning of bonfires.
