Gastronomy:<\/h4>\r\nVillalonga\u2019s most typical culinary products are \u201ccoques escaldades\u201d, which can be eaten alone or stuffed with vegetables, and \u201cblat picat\u201d, a wheat stew cooked with vegetables and meat. Other dishes include oven-baked rice and rice with beans, stems and turnip.\r\n
