Gastronomy:<\/h4>\r\nThe local cuisine is based mainly on rice dishes (\u201cen perol\u201d, \u201ccaldoso\u201d), cod croquettes, \u201cmostatxuts\u201d and different sweets made with pumpkin, The dishes prepared with fish (eel, tench and mullet) from the Albufera are highly appreciated.\r\n
