Gastronomy:<\/h4>\r\n\u201cGachas\u201d (porridge), vetch, \u201cchichas de matagorrino\u201d, stew, \u201carroz empedrado\u201d and homemade sausages.\r\n\r\nLocal sweet dishes are based on artisan honey and locally-produced apples.\r\n

Places of interest:<\/h4>\r\nChurch of the Holy Trinity (17th century, with subsequent renovations)\r\nOld municipal lavoirs\r\nThe flour mill\r\nLa Fuente del Tornajo\r\nThe Rinc\u00f3n de Ademuz Sculpture Park.\r\n\r\nIts natural sites include \u201cla Muela de Casas Altas\u201d, \u201cEl Gazapo\u201d, \u201cla Umbr\u00eda Negra\u201d, \u201cla Fresnera\u201d and the River Turia (or \u201cR\u00edo Blanco\u201d), as well as \u201cel Pinar de Casas Altas\u201d.\r\n

Festivities:<\/h4>\r\nOn 15th May, festivities are held in honour of Saint Isidore the Farmer. An open-air afternoon tea is offered, attended by all the villagers. It is customary for \u201cjotas\u201d to be sung during the event. Festivities of the Holy Trinity. The day is set according to Easter, usually in late May or early June. The main event is the planting of a poplar tree.\r\n\r\nFrom 10th to 15th August, the summer festivities are held.
