Gastronomy:<\/h4>\r\nBaked rice, rice with beans and turnip, rice with squid\u2019s ink and rice with fish stock are good choices, as well as \u201csuc d\u2019anguiles\u201d (typical local dish).\r\n\r\nSweets: \u201cpanet de Sant Blai\u201d, \u201carnad\u00ed\u201d (pumpkin), \u201calabaza santa\u201d and sweet potato cakes.\r\n

Places of interest:<\/h4>\r\nTorre de Racef (8th-\/11th-centuries) Cultural Heritage\r\n\r\nThe Muslims, who were responsible for its construction in 1200, called it \u201cBurj al-Rasif\u201d (the tower on the road), as it visually dominated the Roman Via Augusta.
