Der Gro\u00dfteil der Weine (ca. 80% der Produktion) wird aus der Rebsorte Bobal hergestellt, die Rotweine mit komplexen Aromen und vollem K\u00f6rper hervorbringt. Die Herkunftsbezeichnung Val\u00e8ncia konzentriert ihre Produktion auf das Gebiet Hoya de Bu\u00f1ol-Chiva, in der auch der ein oder andere Muskateller und Mistela (Lik\u00f6rwein) hergestellt werden, u.a. in Cheste, Chiva oder Tur\u00eds. Die Comarca Vall d&#8217;Albaida besticht mit einem gro\u00dfartigen Angebot an Qualit\u00e4tsweinen; die Weinkellereien von Fontanars dels Alforins und der Nachbargemeinden La Font de la Figuera, Moixent und Ontinyent haben der Weinproduktion eine bemerkenswerte Wendung gegeben.
