Die beiden gro\u00dfen st\u00e4dtischen Zentren, um die sich die Region wirtschaftlich gliedert, sind Requena und Utiel. Requenas bekanntes Stadtviertel, das Barrio de la Villa, l\u00e4dt zu einem Rundgang durch ihre Altstadt ein, die zahlreiche Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten von gro\u00dfem historischem Wert bietet, wie die Kirchen El Salvador und Santa Maria, der Torre del Homenaje, Beispiel ihrer glanzvollen Vergangenheit, oder die ber\u00fchmten H\u00f6hlen, die Cuevas de La Villa. In Utiel sind besonders die Iglesia de la Asunci\u00f3n, die Stierkampfarena, das Santuario de la Virgen del Remedio und die Bodega Redonda (Sitz des Weinmuseums) hervorzuheben. Die arch\u00e4ologische Ausgrabungsst\u00e4tte der alten iberischen Stadt Kelin in Caudete de las Fuentes und die r\u00f6mische Br\u00fccke von Venta del Moro sind ebenso eindrucksvoll.
