Del 26 al 28 d’octubre, se celebra Gastr\u00f2noma 2026, el gran punt de trobada del Mediterrani per a professionals de la gastronomia, la restauraci\u00f3 i amants del producte d’excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia. Descobrix les \u00faltimes tend\u00e8ncies, t\u00e8cniques culin\u00e0ries d’avantguarda i el major showroom sectorial.<\/p>\n

El certamen gastron\u00f2mic, que se celebra en Fira Val\u00e8ncia, compta amb diversos espais congressuals com la Cuina Central, #pandeverdad, Be Sweet, Wine Experience, L’Aula , Cooking, Coffee Hub. A m\u00e9s, les zones tem\u00e0tiques s\u00f3n les Barres Gurmet, Gastro Design Area, Espai Gastronomic, Pla\u00e7a de l’Artesania, T\u00fanel del Vi, Zona expositiva i Rostidor Gastr\u00f3noma.<\/p>\n

La Diputaci\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia participar\u00e0 en el certamen, a trav\u00e9s de la seua marca tur\u00edstica Val\u00e8ncia Turisme, en un espai expositiu de 100 metres quadrats per a oferir al visitant les experi\u00e8ncies tur\u00edstiques que es poden disfrutar a la prov\u00edncia de Val\u00e8ncia i amb un din\u00e0mic espai de demostracions gastron\u00f2miques, tallers i pon\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n

Un total de 20 activitats, componen un complet programa dissenyat per la Diputaci\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia per a tindre una pres\u00e8ncia activa en el certamen gastron\u00f2mic, i que desenrotllar\u00e0 amb la participaci\u00f3 dels destins de Val\u00e8ncia, Burjassot, Sueca, Meliana, Gandia, Bu\u00f1ol,\u00a0 Alboraia, El Palmar, Oliva, Andilla, Cullera i la comarca de La Serran\u00eda,<\/p>\n
