{"id":128394,"date":"2017-01-15T12:19:00","date_gmt":"2017-01-15T12:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turisme.dival.es\/ruta-de-la-cullera\/"},"modified":"2024-05-04T05:48:52","modified_gmt":"2024-05-04T05:48:52","slug":"ruta-de-la-cullera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turisme.dival.es\/ca\/ruta-de-la-cullera\/","title":{"rendered":"Ruta de la Cullera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Confederaci\u00f3 d\u2019Hostaleria i Turisme de la Comunitat Valenciana Conhostur), de la qual forma part la Federaci\u00f3 Empresarial d\u2019Hostaleria de Val\u00e8ncia (FEHV), ha posat en marxa una nova iniciativa per a promocionar la gastronomia d\u2019interior, la Ruta de la Cullera.<\/p>\n<p>Del 20 febrer al 5 de mar\u00e7, vint-i-quatre restaurants d\u2019Utiel, Requena, Siete Aguas i Chera ofereixen als seus clients men\u00fas especials, amb els plats de cullera com a protagonistes, maridats amb vins de la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Utiel-Requena, en els quals es poden trobar receptes tradicionals t\u00edpiques d\u2019aquests municipis d\u2019interior.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoarriero, olla de poble, gaspatxo, revoltim de botifarra, farinetes, cre\u00eflles de pobre, miques, morteruelo, tripes, llonganissa d\u2019orsa, g\u00fce\u00f1a, llesques amb ou\u2026 s\u00f3n algunes de les receptes i els plats preparats pels establiments participants en aquesta iniciativa, els men\u00fas dels quals, els horaris i els preus es poden consultar en la<a href=\"http:\/\/www.utiel.es\/sites\/default\/files\/files\/guia_de_la_cuchara_05.pdf\"> guia de la Ruta de la Cullera.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Els restaurants que participen en la primera edici\u00f3 de la Ruta de la Cullera s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utiel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.
