{"id":127852,"date":"2014-05-24T07:26:40","date_gmt":"2014-05-24T07:26:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turisme.dival.es\/tomates-rellenos-plato-tradicional-valenciano-de-la-hoya-de-bunol\/"},"modified":"2024-05-05T15:14:45","modified_gmt":"2024-05-05T15:14:45","slug":"tomates-rellenos-plato-tradicional-valenciano-de-la-hoya-de-bunol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turisme.dival.es\/ca\/tomates-rellenos-plato-tradicional-valenciano-de-la-hoya-de-bunol\/","title":{"rendered":"Tomates rellenos, plato tradicional valenciano de la Hoya de Bu\u00f1ol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un d\u00eda m\u00e1s os acercamos una receta t\u00edpica de la provincia de Valencia, que de paso nos ayuda a desmentir un poco m\u00e1s aquello de que en Valencia solo <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.valenciaterraimar.org\/index.php\/2014\/01\/del-mar-al-plato-arroces-con-pescado-y-marisco\/\">se come arroz<\/a>. En esta ocasi\u00f3n miramos al interior de nuestra provincia, concretamente a la Hoya de Bu\u00f1ol, y a uno de los productos de nuestra huerta, los tomates, para hacer <strong>tomates rellenos<\/strong>, uno de los platos tradicionales de la comarca.<\/p>\n<p>Como siempre, lo primero antes de empezar a cocinar es contar con los <strong>ingredientes<\/strong>, as\u00ed que vamos a ver qu\u00e9 debemos apuntar en la lista de la compra si queremos hacer tomates rellenos <strong>para cuatro personas<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ocho tomates medianos maduros<\/li>\n<li>150 gramos de jam\u00f3n picado<\/li>\n<li>Dos huevos duros<\/li>\n<li>Dos dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>Miga de pan remojada<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<li>Perejil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more-->Despu\u00e9s de hacer la compra, podemos empezar a elaborar <strong>una receta sana, deliciosa y f\u00e1cil de preparar<\/strong> para la que tan solo debemos seguir cinco simples pasos.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lo primero de todo es lavar bien los tomates. Una vez limpios y secados, los abriremos cortando una loncha en su parte superior, la del pez\u00f3n del tomate.<\/li>\n<li>Despu\u00e9s de abrir todos los tomates, con una cuchara peque\u00f1a, <strong>los vaciaremos<\/strong> con cuidado de no romperlos. Toda la pulpa que saquemos del tomate la guardamos en un plato a parte.<\/li>\n<li>Con los tomates vac\u00edos es la hora de <strong>preparar el relleno<\/strong>. Para ello mezclaremos en el mortero la pulpa que hemos extra\u00eddo de los tomates con los dos dientes de ajo, el jam\u00f3n picado, los dos huevos duros y la miga de pan remojada bien escurrida. A todo eso le a\u00f1adimos un poco de sal y de pimienta y el perejil; y lo trabajamos bien hasta conseguir una textura homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando hemos conseguido esa textura homog\u00e9nea, rellenamos los tomates con una cuchara y espolvoreamos el pan rallado por encima, cubriendo el relleno. A continuaci\u00f3n le echamos un poquito de aceite y lo ponemos en una bandeja de hornear.<\/li>\n<li>Finalmente, con el horno ya caliente, los ponemos a hornear a 180\u00ba unos minutos, sin que se acaben de cocer.
