{"id":127541,"date":"2013-10-31T08:00:01","date_gmt":"2013-10-31T08:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turisme.dival.es\/saborea-cullera-en-gastrofestes\/"},"modified":"2024-05-04T05:25:48","modified_gmt":"2024-05-04T05:25:48","slug":"saborea-cullera-en-gastrofestes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turisme.dival.es\/ca\/saborea-cullera-en-gastrofestes\/","title":{"rendered":"Saborea Cullera en Gastrofestes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Despu\u00e9s de la placentera resaca de las <strong><a title=\"La Diputaci\u00f3n ultima los preparativos de las \u2018Gastrofestes\u2019\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dival.es\/sala-prensa\/content\/la-diputacion-ultima-los-preparativos-de-las-gastrofestes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cGastrofestes de la Dipu\u201c<\/a><\/strong>, que ya han pasado por las localidades de <strong>Gandia, Requena y X\u00e0tiva<\/strong>, le toca el esperado turno al municipio de <strong>Cullera<\/strong>, para\u00edso arrocero y de otros deliciosos manjares que por fin ahora podremos degustar. La cita tendr\u00e1 lugar el fin de semana <strong>del 2 al 3 de noviembre<\/strong> en un recinto ubicado en la Avenida del Puerto, junto a la Lonja de Pescadores. El horario ser\u00e1 muy amplio para que todos pod\u00e1is acudir: de 11:00 a 24:00 horas el s\u00e1bado y de 11:00 a 20:00 horas el domingo.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos a recordar las recetas que nos han preparado durante las <strong>\u201cGastrofestes\u201d<\/strong>. <a title=\"\u2018Gastrofestes\u2019 en Gandia\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.valenciaterraimar.org\/index.php\/2013\/09\/gastrofestes-en-gandia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gandia <\/a>nos ha deleitado con el <strong>tortell<\/strong> junto a su mejor especialidad, la <strong>fideu\u00e0,<\/strong> y Requena con su <strong>gazpacho<\/strong> y sus espectaculares <strong>torrijas al bobal<\/strong>; mientras que X\u00e0tiva ya lo ha hecho con su tradicional <strong>arroz al horno,<\/strong> adem\u00e1s de su insuperable <strong>arnad\u00ed<\/strong>. Como no pod\u00eda ser de otra forma, en Cullera cocinar\u00e1n para nosotros otros 2 platos que representan perfectamente la esencia del municipio: <strong>arroz marinero y coca cristina<\/strong>. El primero nos recuerda a sus bellos paisajes, formados por extensos campos de arroz y el marjal. En cambio, la coca cristina nos aportar\u00e1 la sencillez de un dulce cuyo gran sabor te conquistar\u00e1 al igual que los habitantes de la zona, pues es uno de sus postres m\u00e1s arraigados. Si tambi\u00e9n quieres probar a cocinarla de forma casera descubre aqu\u00ed la <a title=\"Receta tradicional de la Coca Cristina\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.valenciaterraimar.org\/index.php\/2013\/09\/receta-tradicional-de-la-coca-cristina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">receta<\/a>. \u00a1Seguro que no te arrepentir\u00e1s!<\/p>\n<p>En esta Gastrofesta participar\u00e1n <strong>14 restaurantes locales<\/strong> de renombre que se encargar\u00e1n de preparar su mejor arroz a banda: Casa Picanterra, Isabel\u00edn, Tok Tok, Les Oliveres, Eli\u2019s Win Bar, Hotel Cullera Holiday, Ca Quint\u00edn, El Rac\u00f3 del Far, Florazar, Mar d\u2019Or, Ancora, Jamonicos, L\u2019Illa y La Mar Sal\u00e1. El punto dulce lo pondr\u00e1 el horno Mar i Mar. Tambi\u00e9n habr\u00e1 <strong>tapas dulces y saladas<\/strong> elaboradas con los ingredientes de los platos principales como base. Para degustar las diferentes especialidades tienes que adquirir los tickets que encontrar\u00e1s nada m\u00e1s entrar en el recinto de esta <strong>fiesta gastron\u00f3mica<\/strong> en la cual ya te adelantamos que s\u00f3lo habr\u00e1 <strong>precios populares<\/strong>: 3 euros costar\u00e1n los arroces, 2 euros las tapas y 1,50 tanto las bebidas como los postres. Adem\u00e1s, entre plato y plato podr\u00e1s ver los \u2018show cookings\u2019 y cocteler\u00edas, as\u00ed como disfrutar de las actuaciones de los ganadores de <strong>Sona la Dipu 2013<\/strong>. \u00a1No te lo pierdas!<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una iniciativa del <a title=\"Patronato Provincial de Turismo\" href=\"http:\/\/www.valenciaterraimar.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Patronato Provincial de Turismo<\/a> que est\u00e1 teniendo una gran acogida, algo que el sector de la hosteler\u00eda agradecer\u00e1 puesto que cada uno de estos eventos se convierte en el mejor escaparate que estos establecimientos pueden tener para impulsar las ventas.<br \/>\n<span id=\"more-2933\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aprovechando el fin de semana\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.valenciaterraimar.org\/index.php\/2013\/10\/saborea-cullera-en-gastrofestes\/cullera-3\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2936\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2936\" alt=\"Cullera\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.valenciaterraimar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Cullera-630x472.jpg\" width=\"630\" height=\"472\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En <strong>Cullera<\/strong> no s\u00f3lo podr\u00e9is pasar un <strong>fin de semana gastron\u00f3mico<\/strong> sino tambi\u00e9n de ocio. Os recomendamos visitar el Castillo, aprender en el <a title=\"Visita en Cullera el Museo del Arroz\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.valenciaterraimar.org\/index.php\/2013\/08\/visita-en-cullera-el-unico-museo-del-arroz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Museo del Arroz<\/a> un poco m\u00e1s acerca de este cereal, disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la playa en noviembre o pasear por el centro hist\u00f3rico del municipio.
